For your safety

Before entering the sauna, please read these regulations.
Those who access the sauna accept these regulations and the conditions described.

  1. The use of the private sauna is only permitted for guests of Villa Elettra and Locanda Al Cardellino.
  2. External guests are not allowed, unless expressly authorised by the Management of the facility.
  3. Access is only permitted during the day from 9.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
  4. Guests must be at least 18 years old. Access to the sauna is not permitted for minors.
  5. Inside the sauna, the use of swimsuits and slippers is prohibited, but it is mandatory to cover yourself with a cotton or terry towel. The use of microfibre towels is not permitted.
  6. Given the high temperatures, for hygiene reasons it is not recommended to wear metal objects (glasses, necklaces, earrings, bracelets) and watches in the sauna, which should be left in the apartment or outside the sauna.
  7. The sauna is a place of relaxation, so, out of respect for the quiet environment and other guests, you should not talk, but concentrate on the beneficial process of regeneration.
  8. The Management assumes no responsibility in the event of a precarious state of health or improper use of the saunas. Access is recommended after medical consultation.
  9. It is not recommended to use the sauna immediately after a heavy meal.
  10. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, it is not permitted to bring food and drinks into the sauna.
  11. Before entering the sauna, it is mandatory to shower.
  12. Before entering the cooling tank or pool, it is mandatory to shower. 
  13. It is mandatory to maintain a modest, polite and composed attitude.
  14. Obscene acts are prohibited, both in the presence and in the absence of other customers. Anyone caught behaving in this way will be immediately removed and will not be entitled to a refund. The person removed will no longer be able to access the Area and will be reported to the public authority.
  15. The use of personal products such as essential oils, incense, body scrubs, creams, lotions, perfumes, etc. is prohibited inside the sauna.

  17. In the case of any type of intolerance or allergy to foods, products, essential oils, etc., it is mandatory to consult your doctor before carrying out any treatment inside the sauna (such as clay mask, body scrub, etc.). The Facility is exempt from any other type of liability.
  18. If you feel weak or unwell while using the sauna, please leave immediately.
  19. The Management assumes no responsibility for items left unattended.

  20. Customers are asked to respect the sauna booking times.

Management declines all civil and criminal liability for any objects or valuables left unattended, as well as for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents caused by guests to themselves or to others, especially if resulting from violations of these rules.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, management reserves the right to remove the offender without any refund or reimbursement of expenses incurred.
